It has been said that leaders are amplified people! In other words, everything we do and say as leaders takes on greater meaning and impact because of the role we play in the lives of individuals and organizations. With that in mind, it is critical that we intentionally equip ourselves to grow and improve.

My passion and joy for helping and teaching others to reach their potential has led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I have spent over 20 years as a higher education administrator and leadershp educator where I have led professionals and emerging influencers. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Andrews University as well as a Master’s and Doctorate in Education from the University of Georgia. I have facilitated hundreds of leadership development programs and organizational effectiveness experiences for students, graduate/adult learners, corporate audiences, and professional associations. I am also well versed on a variety of valuable leadership assessments such as the Maxwell 360 and the Maxwell Method DISC Profile System at both Trainer and Consultant levels.

It is my continuing life’s work and passion to create dynamic work and learning environments with the end result of providing lessons for now that produce Leaders for Life! I would enjoy the opportunity to help you lead out loud, because you have something to say!
