I retired at the age of 47 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), with 26 years of military service. I learnt to follow, be a team player as well as when and how to lead under various conditions. I was honoured during my last 9 years of military career to represent the South African Air Force as in Internal Organisational Development Consultant. As an Acting Senior Staff Officer (SSO), I served as an advisor to my Director/Commander on all matters that relates to organisational development and people development with the mandate to improve organisational performance. Our life experiences and lifelong learning approaches allow us add more value to the current and future clients.

We served and added value in Church Planting, Strategic Planning, Church Leadership, Church Ministries Development, Consultation and Facilitation for more than 20 years.
