To find our passion, John Maxwell asks “What makes you cry?  What makes you sing?”  In my awkward teen years, I did not have great self confidence and often compared myself to others.  In my senior year of high school, I quit comparing myself to others which helped me discover my self-confidence and value.  It makes me cry when I see other who are lacking the confidence as I once did.  It makes me sing when others find that their confidence and start to live to their full potential.   My passion is to help others find their confidence.  Coaching allows me the privilege to be part of that journey of self-discovery.

Using my 30 years’ experience as a public servant, and leader in libraries and community organizations, I assist individuals who want to improve their confidence and leadership skills to grow themselves within their professional and personal lives.  This is accomplished through strengths assessment and one to one coaching which allows them to build upon their own strengths and assets. 

When organizations desire a team that works and communicates together to provide exceptional services to their communities, I deliver that through motivational speaking and leadership training which leads to a more positive, cohesive team environment.

My husband and I like to say that we live where others vacation, coastal North Carolina.  Living on the coast, we enjoy biking, kayaking, and going to the beach.   We do have wanderlust having been to 25 countries with plans to visit more.
