Virgil is a retired US Army Special Operations veteran who served in numerous worldwide leadership assignments in his 22-year career. He is a global leader in communication, training, behavioral assessment, coaching and leadership development. Virgil is experienced in working among the highest levels of private sector business and governments including the Department of Defense, Department of State, United States Agency for International Development, Non-Government Organizations, and foreign governments. He is a John Maxwell Certified Executive Program Leader and Corporate Facilitator who is an expert in speaking, training, coaching, and behavioral assessments to increase leader development. Virgil holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forrest, NC. with a specialization in Leadership, a Master of Divinity in Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Va. He is a 2016 Alum of the Tar Heel Leadership Network and a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger school, the United States military premiere leadership training course.
