 Hello, my name is Ty, and I was fortunate to be a part of a leadership cohort in 2012 that introduced me to John Maxwell’s leadership. Since becoming a part of the John Maxwell Team and the Empowered Living Community, I have seen some amazing results from my coaching clients who are enrolled in my You Goal Girl/Guy goal setting session in Feb. 2020. Let’s take Connie for example. A single mother, who was stressed managing two successful online business with online sales, managing two email addresses, working 6 days a week creating and shipping product, managing her inventory, and taking care of family. I helped Connie achieve goals and as a result, she was able to “Disconnect from Stress and Connect to Success”. She did so by enrolling in my You Goal Girl/Guy goal setting session where we (through coaching techniques learned from the John Maxwell Team) were able to create a roadmap to help her go from Here (goal setting phase) to There (goal Achieving phase). One of Connie’s goals was to merge the two business without losing her current clientele, while marketing for her next level business. We were able to set goals and major milestones to find a web designer, roll out a customer notification system, began her next level business marketing, and schedule the next level business launch date ahead of schedule.
