I currently serve as the Executive Director of Pregnancy Help 4 U (PH4U), where I’ve had the privilege of leading for over five years. During my time at PH4U, we’ve expanded our services and outreach, including moving into a new, centrally located facility in Fort Worth. My heart is to serve women and families facing unplanned pregnancies with compassion, truth, and practical support—offering hope in the midst of uncertainty.

Throughout my career, I’ve held roles in nonprofit leadership, communications, and development, always with a focus on empowering others and building strong, mission-driven teams. My Maxwell Leadership certification has enhanced my ability to mentor, teach, and inspire not only my team, but also other leaders in our community. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, speaking at an event, or coaching one-on-one, my goal is to equip individuals to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I hold a Master of Science from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. My passion is helping people grow into the leaders they were created to be—both in their personal lives and professional pursuits.
