My desire to help others who seek opportunities to grow and achieve their goals led me to join Maxwell Leadership. Prior to joining, I have served for over 20 years as a Business and Technology consultant in various leadership roles within well-known major corporations. My professional contributions include leadership of high-visibility capital projects involving emerging technologies, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions. Throughout my career, I have mastered the art of communication while developing influential leadership skills that have been a hallmark for my success.

My education includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science Information Management, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management. Industry certifications include Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP), Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Certified Agile Leadership-Organizations (CAL-O), Certified Agile Leadership-Teams (CAL-T), and many others.
