My desire to help others grow, lead with greater confidence, and achieve meaningful goals led me to join Maxwell Leadership. For over 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of technology, leadership, and organizational transformation, helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, lead change, and turn strategy into results.
I am the Founder and CEO of Purposed2Lead, LLC, an executive advisory firm focused on growth, transformation, and AI-enabled change. As an executive advisor, executive coach, speaker, and educator, I work with leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve organizational performance, and lead through periods of significant change. My career includes leading high-visibility technology initiatives, enterprise transformations, mergers and acquisitions, business agility efforts, and strategic programs across complex organizations.
I earned a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), with research focused on strengthening IT leaders through executive coaching, as well as an MBA and undergraduate degrees in Information Management (B.S.) and Management (B.A.). I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), among other professional credentials. In addition to my advisory work, I serve as a graduate instructor and program leader, helping prepare the next generation of business and technology professionals.
