I am a results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, operations, and team leadership, including a successful career in the printing industry where the majority of my experience was focused on driving sales growth, customer relationships, and marketing initiatives. I bring over 20 years of service in the United States Army Reserve, including six years as a Training Officer for a Military Intelligence unit, responsible for developing personnel, coordinating training programs, and ensuring operational readiness. My entrepreneurial experience includes owning and managing two businesses, overseeing all aspects of operations, customer service, and business development. I have additional experience as an airline customer service agent which strengthened my skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and fast-paced operational support. Throughout every stage of my diverse career, I consistently served in supervisory and mentoring roles, training and developing new employees, fostering teamwork, and contributing to organizational success through strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
