I am the lead Pastor at United Wesleyan Church in Easley, SC since 2007. I became an ordained minister in 1995 and a pastor since 1992. Previous to ministry, I owned and operated my first start-up business, Tim Jones Contracting. I have always enjoyed serving in leadership positions and have served as an Assistant District Superintendent in my denomination for 16 years focusing on the area of Church Health and Leadership Development. Through this kind of coaching and mentoring, I have enjoyed watching several leaders become stronger in their roles and considerable growth has happened in many areas of their lives, ministries and business. I believe in the power of coaching/mentoring relationships. Another great passion of mine is that of public speaking. I helped start Jamaica Faith Missions in 2001 as Vice President and served as Crusade Evangelist/Keynote Speaker for fifteen years on that island. In 2013 I was elected President of the Gaskin Springs Camp Meeting Association. As you can tell, I love focusing on building healthy relationships for today. I believe that we all have so much to learn from each other. The business world and non-profit corporations of today needs leaders for tomorrow.
