As a mom, sister, daughter, and 23-year Air Force Veteran logistician turned entrepreneur, I've spent my entire adult life taking care of people, building multicultural dynamic teams, solving complex problems, and overcoming adversity.  At the end of the day, I'm "Just Tammy" and I'm here to make a difference.  In me, in you, in the community, and in the world around us.  

As a facilitator for 15 years, a common theme from participants is they felt unheard, struggled to fit in, and lacked meaningful relationships.  This led to ineffective communication in both the personal and professional relationships and created an environment where people were devalued and uncomfortable being their authentic self.
