After 27 years of building and leading teams in the United States Navy, this Master Chief hung up his uniform and transitioned to helping my friends and neighbors.   I returned to school to put some polish on my years of military training and completed my Masters in Executive Leadership.   This investment help me during my time as Director of Development with the Triple R Ranch in Chesapeake, Virginia but something greater was calling.  In 2016 I discovered the newly born John Maxwell Team and immediately joined this group of like minded professionals, dedicated to adding value to others. I focus primarily on sharing the lessons of communication, teamwork, and leadership as written by Dr. Maxwell, both to Youth and Adults, individuals and groups.   I help you and yours capitalize on opportunities and overcome obstacles.  Lets work together to achieve your maximum potential.
