My desire to help others was engendered while serving twenty years in the U.S. Army where I had the pleasure of leading, developing, and training soldiers and leaders during my career as an Infantry Officer and Intelligence NCO. After retiring in 2006, I went on to have further success working in the business retail and service industry as a general manager; in local government as a CAO; in education as an adjunct professor; and by starting my own Profit and Not for Profit organizations as a Leadership Consultant and as a Minister for Biblical Counseling.
The years of experience gained in these positions along with my educational background (I hold a Doctorate in Business Management (Argosy University), a Masters in Pastoral Counseling (Liberty University), and I am a Certified Public Manager (Florida State University) have prepared me with the knowledge to develop leaders at all levels of management in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
But I believe it is my love for people, which is my greatest asset. It inspires and motivates me to build collaborative relationships with others to develop, coach, and empower them to not only transform their life, but also the lives of those around them in their family, community, and workplace.
