For years, I have been impressed with the concepts taught by John Maxwell. Not only have I found them beneficial in my own life, but also I integrated what I learned into my coaching, training and speaking. Now, I wish to share what I have learned from my leadership journey and the journey of those I've coached and trained with you and your organization.

Feedback I consistently receive is that I am a speaker who engages listeners with a genuine passion for what they could be. I have addressed audiences in various countries in Africa, in several islands in the Caribbean, and across the length and breadth of the United States.

I have coached, trained or spoken at educational institutions, non-profit organizations and businesses as large as Intel and as small as Above and Beyond Construction. As a frequent speaker at conferences, conventions and civic celebrations I have challenged thousands to grow into their potential, and I would like to bring that same vision to you.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Nyack College, in Nyack, New York, and my MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. I also earned a second MA degree from Fuller Seminary and an Honorary Doctorate from Nyack College for my work in bridging the racial gap. I currently reside in Northern California with my wife Ruby. We have three children and five grandsons. When I am not working, I like to travel, play on my computer or analyze movie mysteries. I await the opportunity to serve you.
