Transitions and Change have been a central part of my life ever since that beautiful  July day when I said "I do" to my husband, of over 25 years, and the Army life.  Through each transition I have grown, learned more about who I am, and discovered how to live in this ever-changing world.

My life experience as an Army Veteran and an Army spouse of over 25 years brings exceptional expertise to my John Maxwell Certification.  I am passionate about encouraging and equipping others to discover and become the person they are designed to be.  This passion provided opportunities for numerous organizational leadership roles where I became a coach, team builder, leadership developer/trainer, author, and international speaker for retreats and conferences.  I have worked directly with prestigious organizations such as the 75^th Ranger Regiment of the United States Army and Protestant Women of the Chapel serving the Joint Military Services.

As a Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, I offer you proven connection tracks to aid in your  and your organizatios personal and professional growth and development.  I do this through interactive workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and personal growth or leadership coaching.  I incorrporate the practical applicaiton of John's proven learning methods in to each service delivered to move your and your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

Transitions and change have keep me on the path of growth to learn more about who I am, and discover how to live intentionally in this ever-changing world.  My three children are an inspiration for me to keep learning and living at my best.  Part of my decision to join the John Maxwell Team was an encouragement from one of my daughters.  She said “Mom you’ll make a great coach.  You’ve been coaching me and I’m better for it.  Do it-- people need you!”
