As the owner of Look Within Life Coaching, I’m known as the ‘Lid Lifter’. I will use indisputable principles in one-on-one or group coaching sessions to stir fast-moving Leader’s potential; to refine and uncover the Diamond you are at the core, as you advance into the leadership role you were meant to possess. I will inspire and empower my clients with intentionality to lift their Leadership Lid by using the ‘fire within’ to set themselves apart from those around them as they influence their team or their organization.
I believe who you are and who you can become is hidden deep within you. The majority of my clients have developed and maximized their leadership capabilities both emotional and social intelligence skills. By implementing the John C. Maxwell leadership skills I share in my coaching sessions, these clients are now learning new approaches to create positive organizational climates to lead and motivate individuals and high-performance teams. They are learning to use effective communication, change management and conflict resolution techniques.

I help them find the leader within or help them polish the leader they already are. I am passionate about helping my clients live a productive and fulfilling life. In my downtime, I like to recharge my mind and body by being in nature, especially on the beach in the early mornings to hear the waves crashing against the shore and watch the sunrise as I’m inspired by the vastness of nature’s power. The fresh air, the wind, the sun are all great sources of energy to revitalize your spirit. I enjoy giving back to the community as I volunteer to help the hopeless, the helpless and the hungry whether young, old or unfortunate. I currently reside in sunny Florida by way of Jacksonville. I am the grateful mother of two innovative young adult sons, John and Shanemattheu. I am a person of faith and wholeheartedly believe that your gift will make room for you before great men.
