For more than 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in the wealth management industry, leading at the branch, complex, market, regional, and national levels. Through every role, my purpose has remained the same: to help people grow, build high-performing teams, and create cultures where advisors feel empowered to serve clients with excellence. I believe leadership is about more than results—it’s about vision, trust, accountability, and helping others discover what they are truly capable of achieving.
My personal brand has been shaped not only by my professional journey, but also by the people and experiences that matter most to me. My wife, Dawn, and I have shared the joy of traveling across the country, meeting people, experiencing new places, and gaining perspectives that continue to influence how I lead and connect with others. As proud parents of four accomplished children, we’ve been inspired by watching each of them pursue meaningful work and make their own impact in fields ranging from healthcare to public service.
