I have about three decades of experience working with the United Nations to make a difference in lives in the developing countries world through trade-related technical assistance. I organized international events where I had the opportunity to collaborate in close proximity with leaders from various backgrounds. These encounters enhanced my understanding of leadership challenges. I used such knowledge and best practices to coach, advice and counsel new leadership teams and colleagues during various transition periods. The experience has also been beneficial in my service to non-for-profit and faith-based organizations where I hold leadership and membership positions. Joining the John Maxwell Team has added the mentorship dimension bringing both my personal and professional development to a higher level. It has richly enhanced my service to the leadership niche with world class resources.
I bring all the accumulated knowledge and expertise now to my business; I first seek to grow the leader, then his/her organization. I engage you the leader, the entrepreneur, and hone in your leadership approach to enable you build a positive organization yielding, positive relationships, employee engagement and exceptional performance to ultimately impact your community.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Open University Business in the United Kingdom. I am a Graduate of the International Coach Academy, as well as an accredited coach and member of the International Coach Federation.
