As a leader with USANA Health Sciences, I have first-hand experience building an organization where people work collaboratively to achieve individual success. Also, as part of the “Power of 11” (a group of 11 speakers and mentors chosen by USANA), I provide leadership training and mentorship to USANA’s base of distributors in Canada. In my role as an instructor with Anderson Career Training Institute, it has been my privilege to provide leadership and coaching to hundreds of individuals, as they achieve their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs.

My work/life experience also includes teaching at Grant MacEwan University, co-founding and facilitating a 12-week health program, and 20 years of being a facilitator, conference speaker, business and life coach.
