In my 30+ years of teaching leadership and team building to professional athletes, law enforcement agencies, business leaders, and educators, my experiences have broadened the scope of my knowledge regarding the core principles of what makes a good leader. In addition to working with individuals at the highest ranks of their respective fields, I have also worked extensively with youth populations as the former youth pastor at Grace Fellowship International Church.

I have been blessed with much success in life; I have been happily married to my wife Deborah for 37 years. Deb and I have raised four very successful children and we have five precious grandchildren. I have a bachelor of science degree in education from Central Connecticut States University in addition to a masters degree in education from the University of Georgia. I have been honored with three hall of fame inductions as an athlete and coach in addition to receiving teacher and coach of the year honors. I say this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that I believe you can not give what you do not have. I adhere to the philosophy learn it, live it, teach it.
