I am a dynamic leader who offers experience in managing 5 different not-for-profit organizations, as well as extensive leadership, planning and program development/evaluation experience on national, provincial and local committees. Currently, I am working with two local businesses developing their leadership teams. I have been effective in offering my vision, passion, leadership and business savvy in expanding membership and financial giving programs.
With a talent for developing, coaching, inspiring and empowering others to be successful and as a seasoned trainer and public speaker (large & small groups), I am a change agent and process thinker who continually seeks ways to improve service delivery.
I first met Dr. John Maxwell at a Leadership convention in Eastern Canada in 1991. John became a leadership mentor of mine since this first encounter. That was the date when I intentionally chose to become a leader. Through John's monthly teachings, annual conferences I have watched over 100 people grow in their leadership skills. When this Founders Club was announced it was a simple decision to partner with John in a formal way.
