His passion for helping others to grow personally and professionally led him in 2015 to create his own company, REEL PD. His love of fishing is captured in the business name, and the acronym stands for, Reliable, Efficient, and Ethical Leadership Personal/Professional Development. He is adamant that leaders at all levels must take the high road in every decision they make, and that led him to include the word “Ethical” in my company acronym.
Randy has also become a proponent of self-understanding to create the life he desires, and he focuses on bringing key lessons and understanding to others to help them create the life they want as well.
When not working, he loves to be with his amazing wife, Mineca. He also loves to be outdoors with a variety of activities including hiking, exploring, and tending his 20 trail cams between Pennsylvania and above the Adirondck mountains in New York. He is also a constant learner which allows him to help more and more people in so many different situations.
