My first involvement with leadership was being a student leader in Youth For Christ. I've served in numerous leadership roles from then on, including being an IT Manager and a Commissioned Officer in the Army. As a Captain in charge of a company of about 100 men, I’ve honed my skill in working with people at all levels, those above me, those along side me, and those in my team.
While these involvements have developed my leadership skill to a certain extend, I still find that I struggled to improve myself. It was hard to find someone who could develop and mentor me to reach my potential. This has put a desire in my heart to develop leaders, to show them how much more they can achieve.
In 2011, I was introduced to John C. Maxwell's teaching on leadership. Instantly, my eyes were opened and the lid to my leadership ability was raised significantly. John has filled in the missing piece in my desire to develop leaders. There was no hesitation when he offered me to join his team of certified coach, teacher and speaker.
You don’t have to go through the hard way like I did. From what I’ve experienced and learned, I can help you, your team, and your organisation achieve your goals and reach your potential.
