As an Executive Director of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, I am certified to facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. I have held leadership positions in school, the military, in the corporate community and my church congregation. I am a co-founder of a real estate brokerage established in 2004 and I am the current sole owner and managing broker. At my church, I served 8 years as Chair, Board of Trustees and currently serve as Trustee; Chair Social Services Committee; and I previously co-led the GriefShare ministry for 4 years.  In service to the community, I serve on a committee within my local municipal government; I have served on the board of four nonprofit organizations; currently serving 3^rd year as a volunteer within a local school district, mentoring middle school boys.

With all my experience, I recognized that I had gaps in my ability to lead and decided to do something about it. It was my service in these positions that caused me to see the need for personal growth and the growth of those I lead. My desire for leadership development led me to become a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, where I am continuously trained and mentored by John C. Maxwell and a cadre of mentors on his team. I realize that my growth is essential for the growth of my team and the growth of each member of my team.
