With more than 20 years in the health insurance industry, having logged over 8 years as a Coach, I’ve developed a flair for providing motivational tools, encouragement, and cultivating an individual’s desire to reach the next level using an enthusiastic and constructive approach. As a corporate coach, I provided focused feedback on process improvements and provided tips on how to take careers to the next level.
I discovered my talent for motivation through sports, having logged over 20 years as a coach. I reminded children that success is defined by attitude and preparation, not necessarily the win. My aim is to instill in young people the importance of sound decision making and positioning oneself to have "options”.
Additionally, I am the Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons, for the State of New Jersey, an organization of over 5,000 members. As the leader, I collaborate with corporate executives, state and local elected officials, and other community leaders and stakeholders to collaborate on common initiatives. Our mission is to be pillars with resources for our various communities throughout New Jersey.
