A persons potential is determined by the intentionality and effort that he or she is willing to put into their purpose and passions. In the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, John Maxwell states “growth is not an automatic process. If you’re going to grow, you have to grow on purpose.” Throughout my life I have faced many challenges and setbacks that could have made me give up and live the life others thought I should live. Through each of those challenges I worked hard at building and growing myself so that my surroundings and circumstances would change. As my awareness increased the things around me began to change and opportunities that I never thought would occur started to appear. When the opportunity came up for me to join the John Maxwell Team, I was immediately interested because John had encouraged and lifted me like no one else had before. Through his materials I have found my passion which is to help others find their potential and become people of influence. I look forward to sharing John’s ideas with you to enhance your own personal growth and leadership ability. When I’m not learning, living, and leading the laws of growth and leadership, I enjoy reading, bike riding, woodworking, playing the guitar, and spending time with my wife, friends, and family.
