My background and experience in leadership training span a wide variety of vocations: education, leadership and life coaching, consulting, and writing. But the same theme permeates my many positions of influence: I am passionate about inspiring and empowering others to be change agents in their homes, jobs, and communities. 

My wife, Pam, and I live in Naples, Florida. We are blessed with three married daughters and seven grandchildren.
