When I am working with any team, I know the most important element is the people, and that’s why I am a certified Behavioral Consultant. With this certification, I am able to use proven tools for teams to come together to communicate effectively minimize conflict, and improve their relationships in order to accelerate results.
My specialty is managers and executives and I apply my experience and education to help them to achieve the outcomes they desire while becoming better leaders in the process. I am an appointed Maxwell Leadership Executive Director which gives me access to exclusive content to help advance the fundamental principle that; everyone deserves to be led well.
I am the author of the book; “Three’s Divine.” and have received many prestigious awards for my contributions, including the Maxwell Live2Lead Global 2020 Award and a World Women Leadership Award in 2019 for my work in the Middle East. I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, in the United Kingdom. I serve as the current Chair for the Services sector at the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and am also a member of Women in Manufacturing (WIM) steering committee.
