I started my JMT journey in 2021 after leaving a full time ministry position as a Creative Arts Director for local churches in my area. Starting my career as a Worship Leader and working my way into the Creative Arts realm over the past 13 years has taught me MANY life lessons, but perhaps the one I'm most thankful for is showing me my love for leadership and personal development. Leading teams is no easy ship to steer and leading musicians and creatives I would claim is second to none! Learning new vocabularies, love languages, personality types, communication styles and then bringing all of those together to create art as a TEAM is no easy task, but I am so thankful for the lessons learned throughout that journey. Which brings me into my next chapter with the John Maxwell Team, I believe that what I have learned in my time leading creeatives and musicians has uniquely equipped me to help YOU and your team thrive in different environments and work together as a team to accomplish any goal and lead eachother to sucess!
