As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

 My desire for personal growth and my passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team in 2014.  Prior to joining the team, I spent 20 years in the areas of direct sales management, non-profit fundraising and board development. I studied Ballet and Modern Dance at Indiana University, Bloomington and I am currently employed by Zionsville Community School Corporation as Community Relations Director, Registrar and in-house DISC Consultant. 

My primary focus is to lift people, uncover leadership skills, breathe in possibility, open communication and elevate positivity within organizations.  I truly believe that most people want to make a difference.
