As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker I offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching that inspire and promote action and forward movement. Through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods I add value to individuals helping them achieve success that’s balanced and transformative. For organizations my services help to create supportive and developmental work environments for valued employees. My purpose and niche lead me to a commitment to people, especially those whom I affectionately call the “Next Generation”. My passion to help others become even better than they think they can be led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team I spent 16 years as Executive Director of a multi-state training organization at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I speak, train and consult nationally and internationally including Canada and Africa. I am also a Certified Personal and Executive Coach (CPEC) with the Valorie Burton CaPP Institute accredited by the International Coach Federation. And while I am a sought after trainer, speaker, system change consultant and mentor to many; I believe that there is no greater joy than to motivate and inspire others to find their unique purpose as a leader. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education, graduate studies in Public Administration, I am also certified by the American Management Association, and hold a Certificate of Law for Community Developers from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
