Lisa’s Passion for Entrepreneurship & Business

With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, I have dedicated my career to building, scaling, and sustaining successful businesses across multiple industries.

I founded Uniforce Insurance Agency, the first Filipina-owned independent insurance brokerage in Michigan, and currently operate as a partner with AAA under Bugg & Associates, providing Auto, RV, Home, Life, and Business Insurance solutions.

Beyond insurance, I serve as Director of ZION Healing Centers LLC in Clinton Township, offering innovative, non-medical approaches to mental and emotional wellness. I have also played a key role in negotiating contracts, developing operational systems, and supporting the growth of my husband’s engineering firm—demonstrating my ability to navigate complex business environments with strategic leadership and accountability.

I believe that honesty, transparency, integrity, accountability, and a genuine passion for serving others are the cornerstones of entrepreneurial success. These values guide every venture I pursue and define how I lead.

Committed to Community Service

Giving back is central to my mission. I am honored to serve in the following roles:

• Founder – Purpose For You Ministry, a faith-driven organization serving communities locally and globally

• Board Member – PACCM (Philippine American Community Center of Michigan)

• Board Member – Agape Ministry, serving abused and sex-trafficked women

• Member – US Pinoy for Good Governance (USP4GG)

• Community Liaison – CCCI

While my Filipino heritage is deeply important to me, my commitment to service extends far beyond cultural boundaries. I actively support homeless outreach initiatives and serve at Covenant Christian Community International in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, as both a facilitator and community liaison.

My passion for service is driven by a deep desire to uplift, protect, and empower the vulnerable—fostering strong, faith-centered communities through advocacy, outreach, and meaningful action.

A Heart for Missions

Mission work has taken me across the globe, including multiple trips to Israel and the Philippines. Through these missions, I have supported underprivileged communities by helping provide meals for children, access to basic education, and spiritual encouragement.

In addition, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals through entrepreneurship, equipping them with practical tools, mentorship, and opportunities to build sustainable futures for themselves and their families.

For me, success is not defined solely by financial achievement—it is rooted in faith, family, and fulfillment. My priorities are unwavering: God first, family second, business third.
