She values education and has obtained her B.S in Business Administration, an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling, and certification as a Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, Corporate Facilitator, DISC Consultant, and Speaker. With over 25 years of experience in management, human resources, and customer service Lillian has first-hand knowledge of how we get in the way of attaining our destiny. Lillian believes that lives are changed by pouring into others and she continuously strives to pair her faith and works via volunteerism, teaching, speaking, mentoring, and mental health therapy.
