As a Courage Coach & Breakthrough Catalyst, I'm on a mission in empowering women to embrace their true calling and lead with courage without being sabotage by Fear. I coach women to get unstuck from their fears, self-doubt & limiting beliefs so that they experience accelerated breakthroughs & success in their personal & professional goals.

As a result of going through my Courage Mentoring, the women I coached are stepping out of their comfort zones, breaking fear barriers and creating the change they want to see in their lives, leading courageously and empowering others in their spheres of influence.

I'm also the founder of the women's communities - Women of Courage Asia, HER Courage BizNetwork and Connecting Mothers SG, as well as the Country President of the Association of Women Business in Commerce & Industry (ABWCI) Singapore.

I have the privilege to speak on many platforms, touched & impacted thousands of lives through my Stories of Courage locally & overseas. I also volunteer in humanitarian & social work projects around the region, including our local female Juvenile Institutions and the Women’s Prison.

Together with my team, we're on a mission to create & provide highly tailored transformational programs to develop courageous women leaders so that every woman is equipped with tools to succeed in their personal lives, as well as their businesses. I have personally benefited from reading many books by John Maxwell on Leadership and experience many breakthroughs in my life. Joining the John Maxwell Team became the natural progression of growth for my own Leadership journey.
