I have over 20 years’ experience in directing long-term growth in the profit and not-for-profit segments of industry.  My background includes organizational development, financial management, strategic planning, human resources, facilities, program management, training, and institutional development.  My strengths are working with people of all backgrounds, facilitation, follow through, and attention to detail. I am a practicing leader, with strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. I am a creative "team player" with an understanding and commitment to the concept of leadership, training and development, structure, discipline, and faith.
