I am a member of President's Advisory Council of The John Maxwell Team and also the founder and lead Coach at Exponential Growth Academy Ltd, a coaching, Leadership development and training organization in Nigeria. A Strengths Strategy certified coach and a Certified DISC Human behavior Consultant.

I work with individuals and organizations who are focused on building their people and organizations, improve engagement at all levels and achieve greater results. I help my clients harness their leadership strengths, achieve better relationship with their teams and build influence so they can achieve personal and organizational performance. I do this through a systemic, goal-oriented process, accountability structures and mutual learning using in depth questioning and listening.

I have served on Transformational Leadership missions to Paraguay and Costa Rica alongside The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation. I advocate intentional growth and development as the catalyst that makes the future better for people and organizations.

I am a graduate of Accountancy, wife and mother of two terrific boys. I have worked as a Financial and Management Accountant, Personal Financial Consultant and Customer Service Officer in Standard Chartered Bank in Cameroon and Nigeria. I speaks English and French fluently and my favorite hobby is watching cartoon animations with my kids.
