I commit to lifelong learning. My desire to grow my leadership ability and to live a life of significance has led me to join The John Maxwell Team in June 2012. I achieved my certification in the US in February of 2013. I simply want to become a better person, to become the best version of myself. My own personal journey ignites my passion to help develop individuals and teams as a transformation catalyst so they can also discover and nurture their intrinsic abilities. This has resulted in increased productivity, excellent performance, high morale, and a deep sense of fulfillment.

Prior to a coaching career, I work with global teams in diverse industries such as banking, manufacturing, semiconductor, ship management, and airline for 16 years. It has provided me with varying perspectives and a wealth of experience in leadership, people development, business and system analysis, and strategic planning. From being a software engineer who develops software applications I have fallen in love with developing people. My time is well spent when I help people believe in what they are capable of doing. Through candor, insight, and passion, I help business owners, managers, and emerging leaders effective in setting and achieving their goals and overcome their limitations to reach their next level.

I am the President and Executive Director of Referral Partners, Inc. (more known as BNI Taguig Philippines). Last 2021, I also became part of the Executive Committee of BNI Philippines as the Company-Owned Regions (CORe) Development Director. I live by the philosophy of Givers Gain®. I mentor and coach a team of like-minded business leaders in growing each other’s businesses through a structured and professional word-of-mouth system.

I love rubbing elbows with nature, discovering new worlds through travel, meditation, and spending quality time with family.
