I’m Judee Quiazon, a lifelong learner and leadership practitioner. In 2012, my desire to grow and live a life of significance led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I became a Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker in 2013 not to claim mastery, but to keep growing, serve others more meaningfully, and help individuals and teams unlock their potential.

My career began as a software engineer, and over 16 years, I had the privilege of working across banking, manufacturing, semiconductors, shipping, and aviation. Each industry taught me something new about people, systems, and leadership. Eventually, I realized I was more fulfilled developing people than programs and that shift changed everything.

Today, I serve as Executive Director of BNI Taguig (Referral Partners, Inc.) and sit on the Executive Committee of BNI Philippines as District Director for North Luzon and Adviser for International Relations. I also mentor and coach a team of like-minded business leaders through a structured word-of-mouth system that helps us grow each other’s businesses. These roles are only possible because of the incredible teams and leaders I work alongside every day.

Together, we’ve grown BNI Taguig to over 500 members across 8 chapters, contributing more than Php15 Billion in closed business. But beyond the numbers, what matters most to me is the culture of trust, service, and shared success we’ve built.

Outside of work, I love rubbing elbows with nature, exploring new places, meditating, and spending time with family. I’m a wellness advocate and a certified pranic healer, integrating balance of mind, body, and spirit into daily life. Adversity has taught me to transform challenges into clarity, and I carry deep gratitude for the mentors, friends, and loved ones who continue to shape and support my journey.
