My passion to educate, encourage and empower others to maximize their potential led me to join the John Maxwell Team (JMT) in 2011 as a Founding Partner and become a Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker. In 2014, I was selected to serve on the President’s Advisory Council (PAC) and serve our tribe as the Chair on the JMTouch Connection Committee and am a Peer Teaching Partner and host calls for our new members from all over the world!
A successful career spanning over 30+ years at Nordstrom, I have worked at the store level in Human Resources as a Trainer, Manager and selling as a Personal Stylist – to the Corporate Headquarters working in all levels of the organization.
My desire to serve our customers has earned me to become a 3rd time winner of the coveted Nordstrom All-Star Award! Drawing upon my engaging speaking style and knowledge of fashion I created workshops to help educate women how to dress to their body style, increase their self-confidence on stage in my 'Speaking for Influence, Dressing for Success' trainings. Plus am a National Trainer for the stores and manage the Mentor Manager Training Program for the company.
Being a master communicator, I spent over 12 years in the broadcasting industry with as a Public Affairs Director and On-air talent. My fascination for the stage led to the Great Northwest Passion Play, Jesus of Nazareth, where as Director - and Actor - I led a cast and crew of over 250 people which molded my servant leadership skills in an all-volunteer run production.
As my driving force to - Educate, Encourage and Empower – others I foster an open environment of learning that builds self-confidence and gives you the power to step out of your comfort zone and overcome roadblocks standing in your way to success!
