I founded JLM Training LLC because I believe effective leadership begins with effective communication. When leaders communicate with clarity, authenticity, and purpose, they build stronger relationships, stronger teams, and stronger organizations. After more than 33 years in corporate leadership, training, Human Resources, program management, customer experience, and organizational development at Nordstrom, I launched JLM Training LLC to help organizations develop stronger leaders, build high-performing teams, strengthen workplace communication, and create cultures that support greater productivity, profitability, and long-term success.
Throughout my career, I have designed and facilitated hundreds of workshops, training programs, and leadership development experiences, helping thousands of participants strengthen their leadership, communication, and professional skills. My passion has always been helping people grow while helping organizations develop stronger leaders and more connected teams.
I joined Maxwell Leadership in 2011 as a Founding Partner and have served on the President's Advisory Council since 2014. Today, I serve on the PAC Executive Committee, leading and supporting four committee leaders and approximately 150 volunteer leaders while serving a worldwide community of more than 60,000 Maxwell Leadership coaches.
Today, through JLM Training LLC, I help businesses, nonprofit organizations, and churches strengthen communication, develop leaders, improve team effectiveness, and build healthier workplace cultures through leadership development, DISC behavioral communication training, facilitated workshops, coaching, business advising, and organizational consulting. My mission is simple: to help organizations communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and lead with confidence.
