My passion for leadership began at an early age and was exhibited in leadership roles with Boy Scouts, football team, college campus, U.S. Army and continues throughout my career in business and non-profits. I have spent 30 plus years providing leadership influence in both the business and faith sectors. Having served in roles such as National Sales Manager, New Business Development Manager and Call Center Trainer, I provide leadership training and system development for organizations of all shapes and sizes globally, helping to pioneer and re-engineer for a new surge and or sustainability.
I am author of 3 books, founder of Power 2 Become, Ministries, Inc., a 501c3, non-profit organization, 2 multicultural congregations, a mission-focused ministry network and Co-founder of Power 2 Become, LLC.
