My goal-oriented outlook on life and my passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent time in the construction industry in various management roles. I have also served in the United States Army from 2008 to 2010. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as a Masters Degree in Executive Leadership both from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. I believe that education is a life long experience and I strive to improve my skills and knowledge through continuous learning. This is why you must have a structured and practical plan in place to avoid becoming overwhelmed and over stressed. Through professional and personal commitments, time management skills are necessary to find a harmonious balance between the two. I can assist the growing professional in finding that balance in life, strive for greater goals and reach new levels in their careers.
