Before joining the John Maxwell Team, I served in the United States Air Force for thirty-plus years. After a successful military career, I retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. In my final assignment in Washington, D.C., I served as the Chief of Recruiting Operations, leading recruiting teams in every state and Great Britain. Today, I lead a team of fourteen Human Resources professionals in Columbia, South Carolina.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from Coker College and am a Credentialed and Certified Public Manager. I built my professional career around the Air Force Core Values of “Integrity first, Service before self and Excellence in all we do.” These core values, combined with my personal use of the John Maxwell tools, have allowed me to enhance my productivity, development, and leadership skills to create a fulfilled and balanced lifestyle.
