Jackie Le Roux is a passionate Coach, Speaker, Trainer.  She is an accomplished Mentor, Sales and Team Communications Specialist, qualified in Business, Vocational Training, and DISC Behavioral Profiling, working with individuals and teams to drive performance and results using world-class growth tools.  Further honing her expertise, Jackie is also currently in training as a John Maxwell Certified Coach.

Having battled fear and many self-limiting beliefs, she found that with the right mindset, mentors, tools, and strategies, she was able to rise above and successfully overcome these challenges and achieve her dreams and goals.

After 17 years as a top achiever in the beauty industry in sales and recruiting, serving well over 10,000 customers, and leading a team of 135, she earned many national awards, overseas trips, prizes, and recognition. 

Recently she pivoted and founded Empower Opportunity, with 1 on 1 and group coaching, and her online signature program Dream Launcher Course and Membership, to help coaches, experts, authors, and creatives to find their purpose, take decisive action to monetize their superpower, and get their greatest work out into the world online.
