I’m Dr. Greg Atchison, founder of C12 of Greater St. Louis. I know that leadership is essential to ensure growth in organizations, and key to developing others. However, leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about; leadership is the action we must live out!
I have been following John’s work since the late 1990’s and personally use these tools to enhance my own productivity, development, and decision-making skills to create a more balanced lifestyle. When I had the chance to join the John Maxwell Team, I knew this was my opportunity to leverage what I’ve learned from John and share with others.
My mission is to help Christian business owners and CEOs in the second half of their lives move from success to significance! That can take many forms. For some, it could mean taking a greater leadership role in the workplace. For some, it could mean moving into a different career that brings greater personal satisfaction. And for some, it could mean moving from the workplace into something entirely different...something that they've dreamed about for years. With that in mind, I love to work with men and women that are in roles of leadership, looking for a career change, or thinking seriously about retirement.
My passion for helping others reach their goals led me to join the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 22 years in the U.S. Air Force and more than 17 years in Corporate America in the areas of aviation and leadership development. I completed my professional coaching program with the University of Texas in Dallas and promptly started my own coaching practice. In addition to being a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation, I'm a lifetime member of the Christian Coaches Network and certified Master Trainer by the Association of Talent Development.
In addition, I have been married to my wife, Nancy for more than forty years. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, fly fishing, and spending time with my wife. I am a member of First Baptist Church in Wentzville, Missouri, where I have served as a Sunday School teacher and deacon.
