I’ve always had a passion for transformational leadership and helping people and businesses reach their highest potential. In 2019, my search for a leadership framework that aligned with my values led me to John Maxwell, and I have been a certified member of the John Maxwell Team ever since.
As an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, I am trained in DISC, Youth Leadership, Parenting & Family Facilitation, Mentorship, and Corporate Facilitation. I am passionate about empowering people of all ages through leadership, communication, and personal growth. I equip youth, parents, seniors, and emerging leaders with tools that build confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships, and my heart for service extends into community partnerships that support whole-person wellness across South Los Angeles.
As a transformational coach, I am gifted in encouraging and challenging individuals to rise to their potential. My coaching has helped my children graduate from Princeton University, Harvard University, Columbia Business School, and most recently Dodge College, the nation’s 4th-ranked film school, where my son earned his degree in Writing for Film & Television. Many I’ve mentored have also become first-generation college graduates, business owners, and leaders in their fields.
I am a serial entrepreneur, serving as Chief Operating Officer of Dr. Anthony Olatunji Smiles DMD Inc. and Executive Director of the Community Whole Health Collaborative. I previously spearheaded the “Business Model Mobile Dental Van” for Elshaddai Dental Associates in Massachusetts, a model that generated millions in revenue.
