With over 20 years of experience across Asia, I hold a Doctorate in Human Resource Management and am certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.

In 2008 and 2009, I had the privilege of serving as the Master of Ceremony for John Maxwell’s leadership seminars in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Meeting John in person and witnessing his powerful message firsthand left a lasting impression on me. His leadership principles and legacy deeply resonated with my own mission.
