With twenty-four years of dedicated service in the US Air Force, I currently hold the esteemed position of Squadron Chief and Senior Enlisted Leader. As the highest-ranking enlisted member, attaining the rank of Chief is a significant honor that underscores my extensive experience and commitment to leadership.

In my role as Senior Enlisted Leader, I serve as the top enlisted executive, offering guidance to the Commander on matters related to readiness, training, welfare, morale, and the effective utilization of Airmen. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading, mentoring, and developing numerous military members and their families.

Specializing in Leadership, Teamwork, Communications, and Personal Development, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. Whether advising on strategic decisions or fostering a culture of collaboration, my focus is on enhancing the capabilities and well-being of those under my leadership.
