My life has been transformed both personally and professionally in many ways through John’s teachings. His teachings challenge my thinking and stretch me to grow. I am on a path of growth and have chosen to invest my time with like-minded individuals who are also interested in reaching and maximizing their potential.

My passion to help others came at an early age through martial arts. With over 20 years of experience, I have been teaching and coaching people from all walks of life. This experience has laid the foundation for much of the work that I do now.

Additionally, my advocacy work is also very important to me. I have partnered with organizations that work to improve the foster care system, the mental health system, and juvenile justice. I have traveled to and worked with organizations now on six continents. 

My life’s experiences and professional training have prepared me to work with a wide range of audiences to include: “at-risk” youth, parents, youth organizations, schools, business owners and executive-level management.
