For the past 25 years, I continue to successfully equip, encourage, and empower thousands of people. Having served in various leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, my personal values of integrity, connectivity, service, compassion and risk taking having significantly contributed to my ability to develop leaders. I believe competent people who can influence others are the most valuable resources in every organization. As a developer of people and organizations, I focus on cultivating a culture of leadership, innovation, strategic planning and action as the critical components for long-term success.

As a certified John C. Maxwell International Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Keynote Speaker, I have learned from the world's number one leadership guru - John Maxwell. My decision to join the team was to learn and position myself to be a resource to organizations and individuals seeking to achieve at high levels. I believes people are the most valuable resources in every organization and that cultivating a culture of leadership is critical to long-term organizational success. My coaching and leadership training focuses on empowering and equipping people to effectively connect with others, stretch beyond their comfort zone, and apply sound wisdom to build their foundation for long-term success. My passion is visible when I am developing leaders of all ages to become critical thinkers, collaborators, and problem solvers. Internationally, I've worked with leaders in Paraguay, Nigeria, Romania, China, Slovakia, and Philippines. The combination of my compassion, leadership, experience, keen insight into human behavior & organizational development has resulted in effectively navigating individuals, teams, and organizations through challenges to successfully exceed their desired outcome.
