I am pleased to be a member of the John Maxwell Team and look forward to assisting clients with new opportunities for their personal growth journey. Throughout my career I have had numerous opportunities to teach and facilitate others in supervision and organizational leadership effectiveness. I enjoy working through challenging workplace issues and especially look for clients that are open to progressive and audacious strategies that will swing organizations in the right direction and change team behavior. I retired in 2011 as a Police Commander after a 34-year career which included 23 years in supervision and leadership positions. I earned a Master Degree in Public Administration in Urban, State and Federal Governance, and a B.A. in Criminal Justice also earning a California Teaching Credential. Organizational leadership and supervisory development are my passions. I am thankful to have been introduced to the values and leadership principles of John Maxwell concepts by a dear friend many years ago. I am so glad I listened because these principles and lessons have brought success and joy, and they work!
