Down through the years I have always been inspired and impacted by reading John Maxwell's books and materials, but now being a part of the John Maxwell Team is an "honor."

My life has consisted of thirty years as having a very successful Pastoral Ministry, seventeen years as a Chaplain in Law Enforcement, serving as coordinator for our local Ministerial Association, as well as being involved in radio and television ministries. I also have had the privilege to help establish and teach in our "School Of The Bible" for the past thirty one years. My ministry travels have taken me throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East, the Republic of Turkey, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Iceland.

I feel these experiences have helped equipped me to dedicate myself to teach, train, mentor, coach, develop and strengthen others, so that I can add value to people's lives.
