As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

I am passionate about helping people flourish and I offer only the very best programs and services for you and for your team.  My mission is to add value to you as you pursue personal and professional growth. I am excited to assist others along their personal paths to a more satisfying life! I’ve walked my path for decades and I want to share what I have learned.

After a 22-year corporate leadership career in Customer Service, Government Relations, Marketing and Sales, I launched my entrepreneurial career. Initially I worked as a Personal Image Consultant. Understanding the importance of good communications to image, I then began teaching Public Speaking and Platform Skills to aspiring professionals. I was later invited to join the business faculty of Queens College, CUNY where I added Workplace Communications, Business Fundamentals, Leadership, Peer Mentoring and Professional Development for the Economics Department, The Business and Liberal Arts (BALA) Program and the Percy Ellis Sutton SEEK Program.

As a woman of color, I fully understand the challenges of minorities who pursue corporate careers. I am well-equipped experientially, vocationally and academically to assist organizational leadership in their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program development and training efforts.

My Areas of Expertise: Leadership, Communications, Presentation Skills, Personal Growth and Personal and Professional Vision Formulation
